- Communications: messages sent through public forms, chat, phone, WhatsApp or email when those channels are used.
- Network applications: information submitted by professionals who want to join the ShamsQuote ecosystem.
How we use your information
We use this information to generate indicative estimates, contact you about your project, qualify a request, route a file to the right counterpart and improve the operational quality of the platform.
We do not use your information to promise a technical, commercial or financial outcome that has not been confirmed through proper project qualification.
Limited sharing with third parties
We share only the information that is necessary with the teams, technical service providers and professional partners involved in the normal handling of your request, for example when an installer needs to review a project or a professional applies to our network.
As part of the normal operation of the service, ShamsQuote does not resell personal data to third parties for independent marketing use.
